Aside from that the worker is too insignificant in the image and unfortunately the day being so grey hasn't helped as there is so much in the shadow. The image is perhaps a little under-exposed in fact. I suspect the metering has been set by the sky (average metering rather than 'spot') and therefore the tower is relatively underexposed.
